Best service I have ever received from a car rental company. Kirk is the ABSOLUTE BEST. I am a business consultant and travel daily to multiple places to meet with clients therefore not having a vehicle is not an option for me. So when my Jeep had to go in the shop 2 times in the past 2 weeks I had no option but to rent a car. I have always gone with Budget when I needed a rental, but not anymore. I will be an Enterprise customer from here on out all thanks to Kirk. Both times he has gone above and beyond to male sure I got a car (with a last minute notice at that). I'm not sure how he managed it this last time with Fall break going on, but he worked some magic and made it happen. Thank you Enterprise for having such a wonderful, caring and definitely customer oriented employee. As a business owner and consultant I know how important it is to have good employees and how important it is for a business to value those employees. Enterprise, you definitely have an asset there and I hope you see it as much as I do. Thank you Kirk for such exceptional service. I will be back for all of my future rental needs!
The office in Franklin was the most customer service friendly place i have been to in as many years. The clerk/manager assigned there in this one man show should be awarded for the above and beyond service he provided to me and my family could not be matched. I will continue my service with him...
Kirk got us a 15 passenger van at a great price - he was very professional and made the whole process fast and easy
Was supposed to pick up a car at 8. Got here at 8:05. The only people here are the car cleaners who cant answer the phone nor take care of in person customers. They say their manager will.he back soon. It's currently 8:30 with no sign of him.
Kirk if hes not the manager probably will be before to long very profesional very helpful and precise. Thank you.
