I have used Enterprise on many occasions and have never had a bad experience. I used to deal with Luke at the Scottsburg, IN location, as I worked in Scottsburg, since I now work at SuperATV which is located in Madison, IN, I am happy to see Luke is now here at Madison. Luke is the reason I use Enterprise. He is courteous, friendly, and always willing to go an extra mile to help out a customer. He seemed extremely busy when I picked up my last rental as I believe he was working alone that day. Even working alone, he is always happy and courteous. I would definitely recommend using this location.

This experience of renting a car from Enterprise car rental turned out to be an absolute nightmare! I had to spend the entire first day of my rental trying to get a clean properly functioning vehicle instead of being able to use the vehicle for the purpose intended. I originally rented a vehicle to travel to Greensburg Indiana to look at a vehicle for purchase. but because of the amount of time I spent trying to straighten out my rental, the vehicle I went to Greensburg to purchase, was sold to another person because the owner selling the vehicle did not think I was coming because of the continuous messages I was telling him about having to deal with getting a vehicle from Enterprise. He sold the vehicle to someone else. This cost me a vehicle, and now my son and I are without one! I'm not going to be able to find another dependable car like I was able to purchase in Greensburg! I was purchasing a 2000 Monte Carlo with only 46,000 miles on the engine! Have been garage kept its entire history, and it only had one owner! Enterprise cost me a vehicle! they rented me out a vehicle that had not been properly cleaned on the interior there was dog hair everywhere, stains in the seats, mud and dust up around the driving steering wheel! If they're still mud and dust inside of this car, then I guarantee you it has not been properly sanitize for coronavirus either, which endangers the safety and life of my child in myself!

A few years ago I was unhappy with the experience we had at this location. In December, our family had an excellent experience I felt it was only fair to leave an updated review. Customer service was great this time. Our vehicle was ready to go on the date and time we needed. We were able to leave for vacation on time! I believe this location is under different management than when we had a bad experience. Thank you for a great stress free experience and this time. Sometimes second chances really do end up working out. Based on this experience we will be back!

Worst Enterprise ever, VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES, will never do business with them again, really wish they would get shut down. You dont even deserve a 1 star, you all suck and I'll be calling the better business bureau
