I had always been pleased with the servic3 before my last rental. I went in to my Seymour, In office on Monday to request a Rogue or Dodge Charger for noon on Saturday. I went back on Friday to let them know school plans had changed and I wouldn't be leaving until Tuesday and I would pick up the vehicle on Monday at noon. The guy said the Rogue was to be there at 4pm on that day (Friday) and thanked me for letting them know. When I went in at 12:30 pm on Monday to pick up the Rogue, a different person said they didn't have a Rogue. I was not happy. I looked at the Audi he offered me. Not much trunk space for 3 people for a week but agreed to take it. When I asked for my SiriusXM, it wasn't available on the Audi. Tried to offer a Jeep Cherokee but it was too high for my 99 year old mother to get into. We took the Audi but didn't have enough room to load everything we had planned to take. My grandson had to sit in the backseat with his gym bag, crate of food, bag of games and crafts,chromebook and the cooler. No very comfortable. Was glad it was only 4 hr drive and 1week! Had it been my yearly drive to SD for 15 days I would have gone elsewhere. Did give me 10%off.
Service was excellent. They had the car I wanted waiting and ready to go. People were courteous and helpful. The car was very good. WOuld highly recommend them for future rentals.
We experienced a few bumps in the road during our rental week - but the folks at the Seymour Indiana Enterprise location went out of their way to accommodate us. A BIG 5 Stars to the Team in Seymour!!
