I will never use this place. I had a reservation and when I got there I was told, they don't have anymore cars and my car was rented to someone else. I did not get a phone call or whatsoever from them about this.. I hope they do better in future.

Every person I spoke with, in this office, was very nice. The gentleman who answered when I called to confirm my reservation was very helpful. When I went to pick the vehicle up, there were 2 people in front of me, and the phone was ringing off of the hook. She handled the situation very professionally, and I only had to wait approximately 10 minutes. Very pleased.
