I was impressed with the speed of service at this location. There was only one employee working, but she was fast and efficient as well as very friendly and helpful! Will be using this service in the future for sure!
The woman working today refused my driver's license for the rental we were picking up after someone hit MY vehicle at our home. Both my name and my husband's is on the insurance. The vehicle that was crashed was my vehicle, we came in my husband's truck.. she refused my license, would only take his and then when it came time for payment HAPPILY RAN MY DEBIT CARD! I am only working with these people bc thats where the insurance sent us... however if you have a choice LOOK ELSEWHERE!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!
Although my experience entailed a couple of minor inconveniences, I was impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of the owner who worked with me. I found the customer support from the Mooresville/Camby Enterprise was exceptional. I would definitely rent from this location again. Covid has definitely affected every facet of business/customer relations and we should all strive to do our part to close that gap.
I originally gave this company 5 stars because when I returned the car on Saturday I was pleased with the experience that I had. On Monday I was contacted saying that 3 headrests were missing from the vehicle. They were trying to hold me responsible. Thankfully, The issue was resolved by a nice man named Reed. Due to my stress level I only gave 4 stars but I am very thankful that he resolved the issue for me. I would use Enterprise again but I will pay closer attention in the future
