I been using enterprise and i love it because of the staff they are very friendly and helpful. I always feel welcomed. I really enjoy the service.

Usually I would give 5 stars but this experience was awful. First the vehicle I was given was too small for my family. I have a small suv and was give a compact. The car had issues with the brakes and I kept having to put air in the tire. It was inconvenient having to make two trips because we all didn’t fit. I’ll still use enterprise but never that location again. The customer service was not that good either.

I’ve rented many vehicles in the past, and this particular one was for a long awaited trip to take my young grandsons to Mt. Rushmore & Yellowstone. I’d chosen Enterprise before, and expected the usual, a clean, ready for the road, get in a go, vehicle. Sadly that was NOT the case. The agent at the rental site was somewhat difficult to understand, the gas tank was only 1/4 full, and upon arriving home to load up & “hit the road”, it was discovered the mini-van had clearly not been cleaned. I would think with COVID-19, cleaning would be at an even higher than normal level. There were (hand, dog-nose) prints on the windows, and hair & sand on the carpet & seats. In all my travel I have never had to clean a rental vehicle before using it! We wife & I literally had to vacuum the entire Minivan & wash every window, inside & out. We would have preferred to return it immediately, however with the distance our trip would take us, hotel reservations that had already been made, and two excited grandkids waiting to “start our adventure”, we knew it would take less time to just clean it ourselves than it would to return it and start the process over. I’d be happy to provide the pictures we took showing the condition of the vehicle, as I don’t see a way to attach them to this email. I was very disappointed in this entire Enterprise experience.

Everyone at Plainfield Enterprise is helpful and professional. Vehicles are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. It's the ONLY place we rent for business and personal needs.

BEST experience I’ve ever had with any car rental companies!! The manager, Jason, went above and beyond for me on my trip out here from Texas. I would not have had a successful business trip if it weren’t for his help! EXCELLENT service and highly recommended!!
