Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The guys here were amazing!!!! I needed a rental last minute due to my vehicle having problems and having to be put in the shop. Everywhere I called and went today, which was about 15 diff locations, every place I tried, didn't have any cars available and the Indy location actually told me there was a state wide shortage of rentals. He said he could probably get me one Monday but my car should be out of the shop by then. But the employees at this location put me on a wait list and before closing the same day I got a call telling me they had a rental available. It saved my daughter's birthday weekend plans!!!! They were very nice and professional. The rental is in very nice shape, and very clean. Which is always appreciated. Much thanks to these guys for saving the weekend!

Supervisor at Enterprise in Greenfield, Indiana was an awesome experience. He was/is Professional, Courteous, Informative and an awesome employee to say the least. He handle 5 customers directed other staff and had myself off with a 2020 Chevy Malibu at 8:25 am while following policy of Covid-19. Enterprise, we'll pick you up. You left my sister, my daughter and two toddlers on the side of a busy interstate for five hours. You rented them a car with no spare tire. You sent tow trucks to pick up their car, but no replacement vehicle. You suggested they use lyft or Uber to get off the roadside. Did you know those services do not pick people up off the side of an interstate? Did you care there were children in the car? She paid for a service you did not and would not provide. Someone could have bought a tire, brought any other car with four seats, or literally taken them somewhere until a repair could be made in the time it took me to drive from Indiana to mid Ohio to find them because you don't back up your guarantee. I hope one day you find yourself in a horrible situation like this and you understand what you put these kids through. Your guarantee is bull. You are lucky I was able to drive the three hour, two hundred mile trip to get them off the side of the road, and that they were all still in one piece. You should all be very ashamed of yourselves and how you handled this.

Enterprise is always fast efficient and friendly. I have rented from them several times now. Even with the Covid and all now. They were amazing. The Customer Service is top notch. I'd recommend them to anyone.
