Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was disappointed. I ordered a SUV because my husband has trouble getting out of a low based car and they had me a car. I told the man at the desk when I showed up and he said thats what they had.nSo I took it to take my husband to his treatment and sure enough he fell getting out of the car and 4 men had to come and get him back up and into his wheelchair.nI'm very disappointed with Enterprise. They didn't rent me what I needed. It wasn't just a wanted it was a needed.

Very frustrating to book on-line an hour before arriving only to get there to a note asking me to drive 35 miles because the location is closed due to low sales from COVID. I feel like blocking out booking just like they do on Saturday and Sunday would be a friendlier option.
