I rent cars several times a year for business and personal use. This is the first time I was truly disappointed in the car. The vehicle smelled like the previous driver had smoked in the vehicle. The passenger wind shield had toe marks all over the inside of the glass. I think that the associate should ask if you smoke or will be smoking and give that vehicle to that person. If you are a non smoker or have allergies, then a vehicle not smoked in should be rented. I did not see the toe marks until I was out of the sun light that was shining on the wind shield. The scent of smoke got stronger as i drove with the AC going.

I always have a good experience renting a car from the Jasper location. And during this covid-19 , picking up and dropping off the vehicle was a fast and speedy process,which I can appreciate. Thank you to the team at this location for another great experience

Just received excellent customer service picking up my rental. Outside of Hertz Gold service, it was the most convenient and painless rental I've ever had.

I would NEVER rent from Enterprise.nnWe rented a car that we were picking up at the Evansville airport and then driving down to Florida. We had a plane ticket to fly back home, but needed to rent a car to get down there.nEnterprise told us we would have a car ready and waiting for us. When we arrived, all Enterprise employees left for the day. No key was left for us and no one was there to assist us. Airport security told us we would have to wait until they got back in on Monday (it was Saturday). There was no 24 hour customer service line. There was literally no one from Enterprise that we could get ahold of to help us. Airport security said this happens with Enterprise all the time. They left us completely stranded and took away valuable days from our vacation. We also lost money due to having to cancel our flight back home. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Do not trust or rely on Enterprise with your travel arrangements.

We are a military family and have had the best experience with Enterprise. The person helping me was our of Jasper, Indiana and made sure our carseat fit into the car we were using. We were very grateful to feel safe and taken care of while we were visiting family!
