This is the first time I rented from a non-airport location and I was not very happy with the experience. The staff were extremely friendly but the minivan that they gave me wasn't clean on the outside. In fact the windshield was so bad I had to stop and clean it off and the entire van had tar and mud on it. I have rented from Enterprise before many times and never had such a experience. I hope this was a rare incident and not how they are doing business now.
As always my Rental of a Large Premium SUV was very smooth. I got exactly the vehicle that I requested. Mary Beth the Manager and her Staff are always Friendly and Caring,the. cars are always Extra clean and ready to go! I have to drive past two Enterprise locations that are closer to me to get to Harrison But the Service I get at Harrison location is always worth the extra Drive!!!!nThanks Again for another Great Experience!

Enterprise was great ! They gave us a nice car, and we were a little early. They explained where everything was in the car , and out. They were very Professional and courteous . Will definitely use them again!!n.
