Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Easy rental process and price was reasonable. The only thing this Enterprise location could have done to get 5 stars is to have cleaned the car better. (Cookie remnants under the seats, spills on arm rest). I returned it much cleaner than I received it.nOverall...nice employees and easy to work with.

Had a reservation for today 09/12 for 12:00. I get there at 12:15. Place is closed. Why give me a reservation for 12:00 when they leave at that time. Called customer service. I was told they should've not left till 1:00. He checked around other enterprises near by and said no cars available. Bull, they were closed too. I told them I could pick one up at the airport. They said great, here's the direct number. Oh wait we don't have the direct number. I'll have them call you. Ok sure. Never got a call back. F U enterprise! That was enough bullsh%t for a month.nHad to cut my vacation short by 2 days and pay for a hotel 2 days I'm not there.

When returning vehicle, parked next to it with personal vehicle. Attendant opened the door into my personal vehicle

Staff was really friendly. Loved the suv they gave me, it was great on gas, I didnt want to give it back lol. They was quick about getting my deposit back to me , over all I will rent from this location agian.

They were quick. I received a call and email with my reservation already in and car was ready. It was from an accident claim and I had no issues. Wasn't there 5 minutes.
