Budget Car Rental

Normally, I am big on reading Google reviews before I use a business. However, I dropped the ball this time. PLEASE read these reviews! I have no clue how the few good reviews even happened. This location is HORRIBLE! Mychal is the most rude individual I have ever encountered! He has NO customer service skills and should not be in this business. We have used his location 3 times in the past few months, because we are believers in second chances and with this place, it was a HUGE mistake! He clearly hasn't read these reviews, or doesn't care, and I'm going to go with doesn't care, because he definitely doesn't care about the customer, nor losing customers. He has lost our business for sure! I will pay a much higher price to go to a place that is friendly, helpful, cares for their clients, and doesn't add hidden charges in the end! All of these negative reviews are true! We have experienced all these things that were said, and I would give negative stars if I could! All three times we have use this location, Mychal is rude, he looks to pick an argument with the customer, he has added in hidden charges, we were accused of smoking in one of the rentals, and we do not smoke. No one smoked in it and he tried calling my husband a liar. He is downright nasty, and finds things to be nasty about. We had hidden charges all three times and my husband had to call corporate line to have them removed. We just returned a vehicle this morning and this time was the last straw! He was unbelievably nasty to me and once again, we have to call corporate for $127 of extra charges that are on the receipt that are NOT valid! After all these bad reviews, I am sure he is losing business, and I guess he is trying to recoup by adding hidden charges! The corporate office will fix this for us, but we are DONE doing business with this unpleasant individual! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

I arrived at the branch to wait for my in-laws to arrive, so I could be added as a driver. However, the associate there seem to be at odds with me there. When my in-laws arrived, things went south. The associate went on telling us that the vehicle was supposed to be picked up at noon, regardless of what was said earlier at the time during the making of the contract. Also, the vehicle we did get was not the size requested and again associate seemed not being helpful to correct that. Honestly, I'm surprised my in-laws stayed there continuing doing business. In fact, my mother-in-law almost called off the entire deal. I strongly doubt any of us will go back to that branch, or even Budget/Avis in general

Very courteous, conscientious, and professional staff. The car was clean and ran perfectly. I absolutely will rent from this location again in the future.

This place was a God Sent! We were in a bad spot! I had a 26 ft truck (though I reserved a 16ft) that wasn’t safe to drive (exhaust and engine light were on) and the location I got my truck from were not willing/able to assist. They had a lot of damaged vehicles due to theft. After, several unsuccessful phone calls to roadside assistance and customer service. We went to the Clarksville location. Mychael, the agent, and Faith, from roadside, were able to get my reservation changed and got me in a 16ft the same day.

Mychal went above and beyond to help us! Very pleased by the level of customer service!
