Nice people. Somehow through this niceness they straight up stole money from me. Over $200. I had a rental for a week and extended to a second; car was given to me with an empty tank and I was told I could return it as it was. I did so. Yet they felt it appropriate to double charge me for fuel fees. The manager never returned my calls after promising to call me back when I first called. She tried to work something out where I got a free rental or whatever. Sorry, not gonna happen.

Very helpful great prices

I rent frequently for business and personal use. Although I've experienced a few hiccups, the good far outweighs the bad! I give them five stars not because they're perfect, but because they go out of their way to take care of me, and correct any issues or problems I experience. I'm not easy to please and they do a GREAT job! I appreciate the effort it takes and I will continue to rent from the Clarksville, IN location.

Allison was wonderful to work with. She was cheerful and helpful. I got the car I wanted for a reasonable price. Thanks!
