Updated review. After a really good rental, I had a pretty terrible experience with Alamo's national customer service. I received a bill with no explanation and then was passed around to 3 different customer representatives and was finally told that someone would call me back. They never did.nnAfter writing a 1 star review(it's unfortunate that is what it takes to get in touch with companies today). I was quickly given the proper information.nnRental was good. Redmond rental office was good. Customer service needs a lot of work.
It was great, just wish it hadn't been a wait to get to the desk and then for the vehicle to be ready.
They accommodated me very nicely in helping me in a family emergency
Fast and great service. Employees were easy to work with.
