Friendly staff, nice car. Easy return. Seemed a little high priced for one day though.
Avis has always treated me well. This experience was no different, though it started bumpy. Unfortunately the vehicle I got had the check engine light on when started, so it had to be swapped with a different one. As vehicles were already scarce in this area, I was surprised to get another one. It was a larger vehicle, but less features. Entertainingly it ended out working better to have a larger vehicle as I needed to transport larger groups around.nnThe gentleman at the counter that assisted with the rental (and swap) was incredibly courteous and very friendly. When learning of the issue, he was extremely quick to start the swap process.
Very friendly staff. Gave me an upgrade even though gas mileage was way worse than he informed me. Great experience the only thing that worried me a bit was vehicle didn't look like it had been cleaned out since last rental. There was dog hair on back seats and misc stains in front seat upholstery which I didn't want to be charged for as it wasn't from us. And one other thing was that he gave us a truck with out of state plates that were 2 months expired which had me thinking I was going to be pulled over all weekend but it never happened most likely because of the whole covid 19 dilemma.
Service at the counter was great. They had an issue with the amount of cars available and they took care of us to our satisfaction.
Danielle was so great, got us a car after we accidentally made a mistake to book car at North Bend airport. Thx, Danielle!
