I live in Indianapolis, Indiana and drive 45 minutes south to this enterprise store. They’ve saved us a few times... when other car rental companies fell through on their reservation. Not only that but even with them being limited on inventory they’ve always gotten me into a vehicle that suits me, not just whatever they can shove off on us.nnExtending rentals has always been as easy as quick phone call to the store. Above all else I love the one on one customer service. You won’t find a car rental agency with better employees as far as customer service.nnAt the Columbus, Indiana location ask for the guy with the Harry Potter tattoos. He’ll set you up and treat you right.nnI’ve always been happy with all of my enterprise experiences but this will be my store for as long as it’s within an hour drive from where I live.nnAlso, best prices I’ve found compared to budget, Avis, or any of the others.

I'm raising the review to three stars. The company's prompt response to my complaint was satisfactory. Why not five stars? Because none of this would have happened if the original Customer Service representative had handled the issue as promised, instead of the company doing so only after an online complaint.

With no cause or prior notice, this location did not recognize my Texas driver’s license because they didn’t care for how it looked. Very unprofessional.nnThis was a reservation made over a week in advance, and they happened to be overbooked and turning away customers. How convenient that they suddenly turned down my reservation on a trumped up excuse to give the car last minute to someone else at a higher rental rate on the holiday weekend. Very unethical business practice.

Quick and easy on both the pickup and return of the vehicle. Got a Nissan Murano for a week, very nice ride.

Great service easy check-in and a wonderful staff!!! In a true emergency their team came through for me and my service dog. We never had to leave our car that we were picked up in at the dealership ud83dude0a. They turned an emotional and traumatic experience into an easy service moment to help me get home to my family. Thank you.
