Fast. Friendly. Accommodating and fair...Highly Recommend.
I've waited for two months before writing this review, just because I wanted to make sure it's not solely anger based. I have been using Hertz for the many years now and never have I had such a terrible customer experience as my last rental. Extremely rude employee with an unacceptable attitude! It's baffling that one terrible customer experience can ruin the relationship with a long time customer. Will never step into the office again and will only rent for work...
Did a fantastic job and was completely hassle free. Got rear ended and they sent me to Hertz for my rental vehicle. Smooth sailing with Hertz
