Budget Car Rental

Horrible experience with person working there. Given damaged car first, returned to get a different car, given a car full of animal hair and spilled liquid down console. Returned second car and had to argue with person working to get another car. All three times had to call a number left on a sticky note for the person working to show up. Had to wait at least 15 minutes each time.

$567 MORE for the exact same vehicle from Enterprise. Avis/Budget in Columbus, IN is an absolute rip off. You can rent for 19 days from Enterprise for the cost of 6 days here. They should be on the same track as Hertz here soon.

We had an issue with a rental out of Kansas City MCI airport. Deborah tried everything she could to accommodate us. She made multiple phone calls on our behalf. Spoke to multiple people trying to help solve our dilemma. Deborah was a fantastic representative of Budget rental.

I dealt with the budget office in columbus, Indiana, office in Naples, Florida, and 1800# given to me by store employees. Each place I spoke to gave me a different story and run around. I prepaid because booking online said it would save me money. Because I prepaid, I could not get an adjustment when I changed return to original pickup destination. I was told there would be an adjustment made but instead I ended up paying more.

When I book online, I always get a great rate. I love that the spouse is added as a driver without extra cost. The location is convenient for me.
