Lynnes Nissan City

I had not setup an appointment, but I knew they had express service. I was the first in line. As soon as I was greeted, it was a very pleasant experience. The rep was friendly and explained how it was going to be. He was concerned with my expectations and fulfilled them to the dot. He was accurate in his explanations and at the end, answered all my questions. Thank you very much!!!

Reggie was my salesman and he was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable about all of the vehicles, understood my budget and never once pressured me into making any sort of a decision. It was evident that Reggie was more concerned about me selecting the best vehicle for me, rather than being concerned if the sale would go through or not. He was patient, adaptive, knowledgeable and professional. I generally loathe the car shopping/buying experience, Reggie and the Lynnes team were polite, accommodating and transparent, I could not ask for a better experience.

Very pleasant car-buying experience from the beginning to the end. We love our new (used) Nissan Murano and will definitely return to this dealership. We live in Pennsylvania, but it was definitely worth the 2+ hour drive. Thanks Sonia and Christian for making this a great experience!

When i went in recently to purchase a new vehicle i had pretty high expectations as i had a good experience a few years ago. I also have recommended a family member who has gotten a few cars from Lynnes, however i was greatly disappointed this time around. The sales team was not helpful when i told them my monthly budget for my financing payment and quite frankly pretty pushy. I decide to get the car. A few weeks later the car needed an oil change. A week after that my check engine light came on. The manager said they tuned up their cars before they are sold which clearly is false. In addition, the salesperson told me i would be able to get the chipped paint on my bumper fixed with no charge that it would be no problem and that he would set it up for me. When i followed up with them they ignored my request and told me unless i wrote that down then they would not honor it. To top it all off i had to call multiple times to handle my previous car loan which they promised to pay off and did not. After i called them many times they finally took care of that. My overall experience had been terrible here and the manager did not seem to care. Also i went in to get my plates and they said they were too busy to put them on my car. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This is the first bad review I’ve ever written about a business and I’m very disappointed.

I purchased a 2019 NIssan Murano from Lynnes Nissan City last night. I called ahead to make sure the car was available as I had a two hour drive from out of state and they made sure it was. I verified the condition of the car over the phone and it was represented perfectly. I worked with Sonia who was absolutely delightful and very attentive. She made the whole car buying process wonderful. The finance part of the purchase was handled by Christian who was also awesome. I would definitely make the two hour drive again to purchase a car from this dealership.
