Budget Car Rental

I had seen some not great reviews but had no problems at all here. Made my reservation online, went in, they were following guidelines and picked up my rental smoothly. Helpful and friendly staff. Would go back again.

The worst experience ive ever had. Never rent a car from this location or any budget car rental locations. Pick up the car with 50% gas, return it with the same amount. They charge me with the refueling of $146. Dropped the car in miami by 1pm and i was late for about 10min but that location was closed. Called the customer service which other location can i drop off the car they advised to drop it off instead in Miami international airport by 5pm. Drop it off by 4pm, and charge me for an extra day of $202 . Misinformation after misinformation to rip me off. Now im having a hard to prove my claim cause no one from budget rental is claiming that they give me that info. What a mess. Learned my lesson but cost me a lot. So hopefully this will help for future clients. Its a mess

We were upgraded for free. And we had a great time. So friendly and just easy to work with.

I really like this location , they are very respectful and helpful , I rented twice from this location and always ready to go as nothing to wait for cleaning or waiting too much time as other location.
