Budget Car Rental

Rented a car in Seattle, dropped it off here five hours later. Two months after get a $75.00 charge on my credit card from Budget Car Rental with no explanation. Called customer service, who sent me to billing, who sent me to sales (?), who sent me to claims, who close at 2PM PDT so they hung up on me while I was on hold.nnThe $75.00 is apparently a cleaning fee. Car was perfectly clean, it was a sunny day, and I only had a laptop bag with me. Employee inspecting the car when I picked it up said everything is fine. The rude piece of work in billing snidely told me they'll email me photos in 3-5 business days.nnDon't give them your credit card details unless you have money and dignity to waste on them.

Being able to use these guys to rent a car while my car is down to continue to do my job is nice it's really nice that they have a program with Uber to let drivers use their vehicles to do their jobs. My only concern is the payment I'm confused on what to do if I want to keep the car another week. I made the mistake of calling another location to get my rental extended and they ended up charging me double the amount they were supposed to so I came to this location to get it fixed The lady said if I wanted to keep the car another week in the future that they would just automatically charge my card every Tuesday if I don't bring the car back by 11:00 I'm just really confused because I haven't been charged for the car last week and this week

Waited 25-30 minutes on hold just to be told they have no cars available and to get an attitude with it. Clueless employees who don't understand customer service or how phones work.

Stiffed me on my refund. I was running behind and was told I would be charged a $10 late fee...they charged a whole day rental.

One person working both times I’ve been here. Severely understaffed.
