Avis Car Rental

It's great to be able to use this place for the Uber rental program while you don't have a vehicle for whatever reason!nSarah and Kurt are really nice, quick and professional!nIt's a really easy place to deal with!

Rented a car here while my truck was in the shop, 2 separate weeks. Each time I booked a week on Priceline(250$) asked for a standard Jetta type or similar. First time I was askednIf I wanted a 4 runner or a Maxima. I took the 4 runner which was definitely an upgrade and enjoyable. Second time I got a new Camry which I enjoyed even more. That car is fast and efficientud83dude04nBoth times the service reps made it a very easy and an enjoyable process. Recommend booking through Priceline and you get quite a break with a 7+day rental.

Not sure why for the 2nd time, this Avis takes about 2 hours just to get your reserved car. I know I know; Covid this and that, but 2 HOURS, 2!!!!!!!! I feel for the lady who runs this place by herself. For christ sake, would 1 more person working kill you.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced in my entire life! We were escaping the fires in Colton Oregon! The fire came half a mile from our home! We rented a car for a week before the fire started. The woman at the counter was extremely rude! Uncaring! We rented a economy vehicle through priceline. When we got there she had an SUV for us! I was in a car accident two weeks previous. I told her I needed an economy car. She told me take it or go. We live an hour away and just dropped off our last rental. We were stranded. So we were forced to take it.We get another rental through priceline and to our horror it was through Avis again...WELL WE GET THERE AND... The mean woman was working! She told us to just keep the suv for another week!!!!I don't want to I need an economy car. Later that evening the fires started and at 2:am we had to evacuate our home. Tonight I just dropped off the car 5 days late. Because we were just allowed to go home yesterday. WE get there and NO night drop. We call Avis. We were told to park the vehicle and put the keys in the mailbox.... I made a video of me doing just that. I'm stresses a lil scared, but.... I just got home last night from evacuation MY HOME WAS BROKEN INTO!!! So today I an EXOSTED!!!! So I will fight the Avis HORROR tomorrow!!!

This place is the worst car rental company I have ever had the unfortunate experience of working with. They will make you a reservation without being able to have a car for you. They will refuse to explain reasoning for this. They look like deer in headlights when you ask the simplest of questions. Would never recommend.
