Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Last week my car had to go to the shop so I rented one from this location for 3 days. I was surprised by the employee who waited on me (Crystyan). He was kind, easy to deal with, and very professional. If I were seeking employees, I would hire him. Enterprise is very lucky to have him! Awesome location to rent a car from!

My car rental company of choice has generally been Enterprise. I rented a car since my car was in for repairs for two weeks. They were kind enough to pick me up nearby and bring me to the rental location to complete paperwork. The agent did not sanitize the vehicle I rented as it was the same one he picked me up in, drove me to the rental location, got out of the car, walked over to finish the paperwork away from the car. He did not sanitize the driving/drivers area at all. Additionally when I got in the car and had driven away I noticed that the inside windows had kids fingerprints on the windows, which I guessed had not been cleaned or sanitized from the previous one or two renters. I had to sanitize the car myself upon getting home.nThe employees are always pleasant and will work with you if you need to either return a car early or keep it later than the initial contract. This is why I generally stay with Enterprise because they provide great customer service.nUnder the circumstances of the Covid-19 sanitizing requirements, and the statement issued by the Enterprise CEO, I was disappointed that the employee handling my rental did not pay attention to detail of sanitizing.nI highly recommend Enterprise additionally provide in each rental a packet of sanitizing items the customer can use should the agent be neglectful.

Over the past year, I have rented from Enterprise for more than half the time as it was convenient while I decided what kind of vehicle I needed for my new city lifestyle. The company’s policies in support of customer service are exceptional. I’ve always used Enterprise during periods over the years that I did not own a car. However, I’ve struggled mightily against the inconsistently trained employees in the Portland Oregon region and their disparate understanding and implementation of the policies. I’m quite certain I’ve been overcharged $200-300 as confusion resulted in my deposit magically disappearing in whatever gymnastics were done to my account. Even addressing this all the way up to the Regional Manager did not resolve it.nnConfusingly, there is no coordination of the rewards program or earned status at the customer service level. There is no coordination between the rewards department and the employees at the stores who do not have any knowledge of the program at all. I would hope my loyalty and extensive patronage would result in equivalent recognition from the company but it is not.nnRecently, I am utterly and deeply disturbed and conflicted by Enterprise supplying the rental vehicles the unbadged federal mercenaries used to illegally abduct peaceful protestors off the Portland streets. But after meeting the callous Regional Manager, I am not surprised. This will definitely influence my rental company choices in future.nnMy last few rentals at the Portland Woodstock store have been great! Excellent customer service there for which I am relieved and grateful. My relationship with Enterprise is long and (unfortunately) storied, and thus I have mixed feelings on the whole.

Hiep Pham & Crystyan made our experience w/ Enterprise a great one. Both were extremely nice and helpful. Hiep was very engaged in our process in renting the car and wanted to make sure our experience was 100% satisfied. Crystyan was extremely helpful and personable. Definitely will be going back to the Woodstock location.

My all around experience with enterprise was excellent and very satisfying. All and any questions we're answered for me on a professional level. Both Nick and Hipp we're awesome to work with. All around nice guys. Funny, professional, and really cool maxed guys. Thanks again for your services, was an awesome experience.
