Had a major sudden car issue Thursday and was left without my car. Spoke to Dan who went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t stranded. I have never experienced such great customer service. Him and the other employees absolutely exceeded any regular job requirements and treated me as if I had been coming there for years. They provided me peace of mind that I won’t be stuck and made my horrible day a lot less horrible. There has been a decline in customer service in general lately and this experience w the Paramus Hertz team was surprising and appreciated greatly. I can’t thank Dan and this location enough! Anytime I need a rental I will be coming to this location.
