Enterprise Rent-A-Car

It's not my intent of pithing one location against each other . I live in Englewood , NJ & chose to obtain services from Hackensack , NJ location because of a number of mitigating circumstances. Your manager, to wit, Shawn in Hackensack is personable, courteous, understanding , accommodating : I cannot say enough & so is his staff. There is never a hiccup in any transaction. They should all be recognised & commended even those that I did not come into contact with . Good leadership starts at the top. JLE

My local Enterprise makes it pretty darn easy to rent a car. Not the greatest selection, and they will not go out of their way to locate a car for you, unless you expressly state that it is the only thing you are interested in, and are prepared to wait...but there are no hassles renting here and the prices are right.

I rented cars from Reno to New England,. However, the store located on Anderson Ave, Hackensack, NJ. is without a doubt in my mind the model store for the entire Automobile Business/Organization. The front desk staff are polite, courteous and attentive.

Rented for insurance claim repair. They picked me up from the auto body shop and drove me to the dealership. all paperwork was electronically completed while sitting inside the car. they gave me great deal on the rental and said they would try their best to work it out with the insurance company. service was friendly and professional. A+.
