Budget Car Rental

Just returned a rental and got hit with a charge for insurance I didn’t request.and specifically said no to. Shame on me for not carefully reading what I initialed. Shame on Budget for employing hucksters. Normally I wouldn’t have used Budget- their prices are nearly double what others are but it was an emergency and they had the only car available. Let the renter beware!

Great customer service, and great prices.

The place is no frills, just like the name of their company. My first visit there to pick up the car was good with the gentleman at the customer service desk. The return car process was bare minimum ok. The customer service needs improvement. When talking to the lady at the desk, she doesn't respond, was kind of rude. Just only process paper work.

First of all, I would like to commend both husband and wife (Silas and Sudha) they are professional and nice dealing with...nI witnessed also how they pacify and deal with other irate customer with attitude, they calm and compose. Sadly, they'll be missed. I hope the owner of this store will get a person just like them. Thank you Silas God Bless you my brother in faith. God is Good!

I love this place. Especially Abdul, he always goes out of his way to accommodate ones needs. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is that they are usually late on weekends so there is always a wait time.
