Budget Car Rental

This was a HORRIBLE place to rent a car. I do NOT recommend. Gentlemen is a sheister, and it was a total rip off. Go to budget in LODI, much better service!

I had reserved a 15 person van way in advance for a great price with the plan of driving my extended family vacationing in NYC to Connecticut for a wedding. Hackensack was 14 miles from hells kitchen, but it was no problem for my brother and i to take a bus to pick up the van.. the gentleman at the counter had called at 930 am to ask if I wanted 15 or 12 seats. They were the same van, just one had one more row of seating he could pull out to have more room for packing., he thoughtfully convinced me to go that route since we had 12 not 15 passengers. He also politely extended the deadline to turn in to 5 pm in boston as opposed to my previously reserved time of 1030 am (I didn't pick up the car until 5 pm, though my reservation was 10:30 am). I got a great price and service. the reservation in advance worked out great. thanks again to the man working the office on june 21.

Reserved a car for 9 am. Show up, cars not there. After visiting 2 other locations and 3 hours later I still had no car. Absolutely terrible service from this location and Budget themselves. Dont waste your time or money here. Very rude overall.
