Chaos and confusion at the counter here in Teaneck. They seem to be under staff and they are not too accommodating. After you add insurance to your rental price will skyrocket so be careful with the extras though insurance is a must I don't know why it's not included in the base price. Other than that it's an option but so far my experience prove Enterprise as being more fair so u get more for you money.

8/13/2019 Had the most frustrating day, but seeing Linda and Chris handle my insurance car rental put me at ease. I had constant miscommunication regarding my rental from the insurance company, which had me play phone tag with Linda and Chris. Little did I know, that these two pros were dealing with other very hectic matters with grace as I waited for my car rental. Each interaction and observation I noticed, whether from their constant calls to customers coming in, they still gave 100% patience and care to it. They really turned my day around.

Fast and easy service, the team there is very passionate, theyre always runnung to help, great!

Great place to rent car. Friendly staff, clean cars. They even arranged car service to bring me to their rental location. Can't say enough about the service. Lucas and Antonio shine bright.
