Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Whenever I rent a vehicle I always try Enterprise first. This time they had the best deal and they were wonderful. During this crazy time the ave was spotless, the representative came out to greet me and we did everything outside. I really appreciated it that they cared about me to handle business this way. The price was really affordable and it was a newer Nissan Rogue. When I was in my return of my trip and the defroster and Air Conditioning stopped working. I explained this to the agent at return and was told give him a little while and he would call me back. By the time I got home I received a call and he apologized that we had problems with the vehicle and took a substantial amount off the bill. The customer service is always tops. I will always go with Enterprise.

I was in a pinch and in desperate need of an immediate rental vehicle. I've dealt with this Lakewood, NJ location before (Route 88) with positive outcomes before.nnThis was no exception. I selected the vehicle I wanted (a Jeep Wrangler). Unfortunately the vehicle I selected was no longer available. They got me into a Chevy Equinox. Nice vehicle, but I'm glad it wasn't mine as it was not comfortable for me. This is in no way a reflection of this Enterprise facility.nnThey were busy but were efficient and professional. At no time did I ever feel like my needs were not attended to for renting the vehicle.nnTwo days later I purchased a new vehicle and drive off of the lot with it. I was able to leave the rental at the dealership, call the Lakewood Enterprise the following morning and they took care of it for me. I was later emailed my invoice which was correct.nnSo far I've had good experiences with Enterprise and will continue to use them whenever I find myself needing to rent a vehicle.nnI definitely recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience with the Lakewood Enterprise store. This was my first encounter, as I usually use the Brick store. The gentlemen in the store were both very professional, yet extremely easy to work with. I would recommend Enterprise in a heartbeat!.

I feel bad for companies like Hertz-who actually cared about their customers-going bankrupt, and this sham of an operation is still around. After my wife was rear-ended and our car was getting fixed, the other motorist’s insurance rented us a car from this location, with guarantees from the insurance company that we would have absolutely nothing to pay at the end of the rental, and it would be between they, the body shop, and Enterprise about payment. Lo and behold, one fine day I receive a call from Enterprise that I owe them $852.70. Taken aback, I called the insurance company for an explanation, and they got back to me that I should not worry, as they had spoken with the manager and he promised to take care of that with the body shop as was originally agreed upon. A few days later, I got yet another call from Enterprise that I owe them the money. So i asked the guy why he hadn’t dealt with the shop, to which he gave a lame excuse that they don’t pick up the phone. Interesting remark to make, as they constantly deal with this shop, making several customer pick-ups a day. Oh, and I shouldn’t forget to mention that their employees were about as rude and unprofessional as could be. So, once again, a call to the insurance company, and the whole run around again. Then, came the day where we were charged the full amount from Enterprise. Now, my wife called Enterprise corporate and the regional manager said she would take care of it. Here we are, still waiting. So, folks, if whichever insurance you deal with rents you a car from Enterprise, especially from this location, know the risks involved, because you’re dealing with a privately owned corporation that has no customer accountability whatsoever.
