Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I must say that Jim was amazing. We needed a rental due to a horrible accident and he treated us with such kindness and patience. The Altima that we were picking up wasnt ready (needed a quick cleaning) and he went right outside and cleaned the car himself and fully inspected the vehicle with us. I would definitely recommend this particular branch and Jim to everyone. 5*

I had an accident and my insurance company made a reservation for me to have a rental car through Enterprise in Brick. That was on Tuesday. When i contacted them i was told that they didn't have any cars available until Friday. Guess it would have been too much work for them to obtain a car from another location in less than 3 days. Enterprise may be fine to rent a car when you are on vacation, just don't count on them in an emergency.

Will never go there again. Will try avis Hertz. Very disappointed in what they told me and what I got.
