I rent here often. Exceptional customer experience far exceeded! Kathy and her team are all so helpful and knowledgeable. Always a smile! I am a busy man and the 9 and Jacks location get me in the door and out the door in minutes. Stellar vehicle selection and they truly do have a life time customer will be back.

Very courteous and knowledgeable lady at the Route 9 office in Tom's River in NJ She treated everybody with respect and she was calm and fully in control in spite of being the only one attending to several customers on saturday 10/03/2020.nShe makes me want to come back to rent from Enterprise again. She needs to be commended.

Called on Friday evening for a one way rental on Saturday and mentioned I'd appreciate getting the car at 9am; was told there were 9 other people getting there at 9;arrived at 7.50 on Saturday closely followed by two girls one I found out later was Katie who worked like the 'everready bunny' moving cars and found time to tell me they opened at 9. She had me on the road at 8.50. Fantastic service, Mike Moore
