Avis Car Rental

The staff was great but that's about it. I would give the ladies that work the front desk five stars if I could. However, Uber and Avis have to better with their rentals. Each rental has been a complete nightmare. Previous renters have nearly destroyed the cars and I suppose because the engine starts they feel that it's safe to put on the road. I don't want to put the mileage on my personal vehicle so I rent with Avis/Uber but the cars are not safe, not clean, and just horrific. It costs far too much money weekly to have to drive such abused vehicles. Please do better and/or discount that weekly rate.

Wanda was a pleasure to deal with She got me in and out of there so quickly and even set up my Uber account to work with the new car that I was getting I would come here first if I wanted to get a car don’t go anywhere else if you work for Uber need a car in Philadelphia!

Absolutely terrible service! Don’t come here!! Dump ppl don’t know anything here! Just drive by.!

The only good person there is Bryant they can't handle people payments so check your statements if you're going their for a car
