Nia, I truly hope that is how you spell her name but it is the young lady who was working by herself on Monday, November 9, 2020. She has amazing customer service and an even better energy/personality. She was there by herself handling multiple customers in the most professional way possible. Promote her! Promote her promote her promote her! We truly need more people like her to be the face that everyone sees and gets the pleasure of meeting! Too far away from the airport. Waiting for a shuttle for over 10 minutes. Check in service was really quick and easy, granted there was only three people and two attendants. Give me a car that I wasn't quoted. Was quoted for a Chrysler but got a Toyota Camry. Overall smooth experience.

Fast and friendly service. Only issue we experienced is the shuttle driver dropped us off 1/2 mile from our stop and my mom had a hard time walking that far

I rented a luxury vehicle and I receive a Volvo. A luxury vehicle definition on you web site is. C class Mercedes or similar. It should’ve stated Volvo. Because there wasn’t one Mercedes on your lot. That is a good way to miss represent your customers.
