Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I initially reserved a truck for my two day trip. I received a call first thing in the morning the day of my rental pick up and was told that they ran out of trucks and that they would substitute an SUV with a discount for not having the initial reservation vehicle. When I went to pick up my rental I was in for a HUGE surprise! Not only had they worked diligently to get me a truck, the got me an upgraded vehicle! I was thrilled to take my trip in even better luxury than I had initially planned. The representatives at the Trainer location went above and beyond to ensure that I will continue to stay an Enterprise customer and suggest Enterprise to my friends and family!nnThank you for being a great company that is ALWAYS there for my vehicle needs!nnI am a truly satisfied customer!

First Class all the way. They all treated me great . Very Professional . Best prices I've seen so far. Car was very nice . I was upgraded because they didnt have the car i wanted. I use Enterprise often and this one , the staff is the best by far.

Never answer the phone. Poor customer service. Everybody isn’t well trained because you call & one person tell you something different then the next person. Never have cars even when you have a reservation.
