Hertz

Easy to get to from the terminal. Jump on the shuttle and it's a quick five minute ride to the location. They have a ton of cars/options to choose from. Easy to get what you need and get out. The people there were friendly, helpful, and worked quickly. I'd rent a car from there again as the whole process, from getting there, picking up, to driving out, was super easy.

Received email that i could pick any car in compact zone 3 but when i went there, there were no cars in zone 3.

Great fast service for 5 star members and fast upgrades. Tonia was excellent and expedited my pick up. Marquis was fast in getting me the upgrade I wanted. And last but not least Horace at the gate is a professional gentlemen. Great team to work with. 20 minutes and on the highway. I will be back.

Very professional

I rented a car and upon returning it the gas door was stuck, manager agreed issues me a gas full because he could. It open it either and away i went. Then I get a bill from hertz for 100.00 I informed them of the issue and sent them the credit did a charge back and away I went, then at least 6 times they sent a bill for 100.00 and I called sent copies of the 8/8 indicating full in and out and still the keep invoicing me and now I get a letter my dollar hertz rental privileges have been suspended like I’m going to ever use them again so Buyer Beware even when your ud83dudcaf % correct w documentation they are so desperate to not even recognize their own documents to try and force a payment when it was their fault to begin with all after t he fact so all I can say is buyer beware and think twice about their practices at corporate the Philly people were reasonable, polite and customer friendly, corporate and their out sourced customer service to the Philippines is brutal and theft like so I do not recommend at all.
