Avis Car Rental

We had a great experience with our service representative in Philadelphia, who helped us both at check-in and check-out. The shuttle buses were easy and came/went all the time, so we didn't have to wait for them for any length of time on either side of our trip. We also were upgraded to a nicer/bigger car, and it absolutely made our trip even more of delight than it would have been otherwise.

I was here on Thursday morning (8-830AM) of 9/17. It was a good experience overall. I was there to assist a colleague for the day and also had to drive the extra rental. Kind of hard for one person to drive two cars. The process was easy inside the customer service office; I gave my license to the front desk person and it was all clear from there until there was a hiccup at the rental exit.nnMy colleague was in the car in front of mine--very clean, I might add--so I could follow him back to our meeting place. He was able to exit and interact with the exit person ok. I was next and had to show my license again, which I know was required. The person was confused at my saying that I was the actual co-worker with the extra rental. The whole interaction made me feel like I was trying to get over on someone, like I somehow couldn't really be the co-worker. That suspicion makes me feel like I was being profiled by an employee of Avis. I'm not sure why I was told something different if everything was settled at the front desk.nnI was able to return the car with no problems. I was really happy with the rental and performance despite the slightly uncomfortable situation.

the process was very easy and smooth , no paper work every thing was electronically generated, when i arrive at the terminal , I saw my name on the board with the slot number where my vehicle was parked , I just went to the car and drove to the exit, showed my driver licence to the agent at the exit and went off, I really love it and I will recommend Avis to all my friends and family , plus Avis automatically upgraded my car to the next level which was fantastic

I am so grateful that Juliet assisted us with renting our vehicle. She did a great job explaining all of the options available to us. She helped us decide what would be most beneficial for our trip and our plans. She was very kind, patient, and considerate. Our trip was excellent thanks to her recommendations. Avis is also a much better value than my last experience eith Enterprise. I will definitely use Avis again for my next car rental.

I was very pleased with my latest rental at the Philadelphia Airport. The staff was surprising nice and helpful. There was no delay in picking up the car and the car was brand new and ready to go. Drop off was also as easy as driving up and leaving the keys in the car. Thank you, Avis!
