Hertz

I wish I can rate a lower score (nNot Vineland rental but hertz over all) I used to be a big fan of hertz until they failed my family big time. I reserved a cargo van from Texas to Delaware so that I can move my mother from her apartment to Delaware. Once I got to pick up the van I couldn’t find the location. After multiple calls and probably 1hr before the reservation, I was able to get a hold of them. To my surprise, they did not have a cargo van available. In fact there wasn’t any cargo van available any where. Instead of apologizing they ask me to call around other hertz. Unfortunately, there was none, not even a pick up truck. My mother had to leave so we had no choice but to leave all her furniture. I have posted a couple of message in twitter and they continue to say to message them privately so they can investigate. It was all a lie. It’s been a week. This is of such high disappointment. A simple call ahead of time may have helped. Very disorganized and think of their clients last.

But they need to know the differences between the pieces from lottery tickets when rub them to see if you won , from cigs ashes. And when you tell them nobody smoked in the car. You are telling the truth.
