Nice experience, Wish i had gotten the full size car i had asked for instead of a compact SUV. It was cramped at best

Great customer service and all around quick and easy to get your rental and return it once completed at the Vineland, NJ office. Security deposit is return within 24 hours even though they tell you 48 hours (guess it depends on your card). I will always use they as my first choice to rent from hands down they are fantastic

Enterprise is the only rental car company that I use. I have had years of satisfaction with their services and Vineland New Jersey Bridgeton New Jersey and Indianapolis as well as Cincinnati. However, when I rented a car from the Vineland Enterprise I was shocked to find out I was overcharged by one full day. They overcharged me after they instructed me to leave my rental car on Saturday afternoon at the car dealership where my truck was being repaired. They know that the car was there on Saturday because of video proof and the fact that I turned the keys in to service department on Saturday. Yet they charged me for Sunday saying that I did not return the car until Sunday. That's impossible, because car dealerships are forbidden to operate in New Jersey on Sundays it is the only remaining blue law in the state. When I brought this to the rental agencies attention they quickly made the adjustment. However it's a mistake that should not have been made. I loved the car and have no complaints about the automobile or the courteous service. My complaint was the way they overcharged me.
