I beg you not to use this sham of a rental car company. They are charging me for a dent in a bumper that I couldn't see due to the car being up against a fence. I have contacted customer care with little help. They want $635 for a 8inch dent in a bumper. Do anything to rent elsewhere you will be sad with enterprise. Customer service did nothing please find alternative options
Fantastic, I'm disabled and my Dad was rushed to the hospital I. Called Enterprise and told them my issue and within an hour they had dropped off a car for me.nThe rental fee is very reasonable, staff is great.

The manager, Tom, has always gone above and beyond to accomodate me. He is an excellent asset to the Enterprise company. Nice vehicles, and good customer service provided by (most) of the staff.
