Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rental was ok. I would not want that vehicle again. Had issue with them taking payment from right account. Called right away and gentleman said he would call back. 10 days later and I am still waiting for that call.

Vehicle was ready when I arrived clean and plenty of gas for my trip returnedbkeysbto lock box and was charged accordingly. Would have rated a 5 star visit but no one explained the points system and it's benefits to me.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Enterprise Rental and will definitely recommend them to family&friends. Thanks again Enterprise for your hospitality, you have a returning customer in me!

We did not want the toll tag device and wanted to pay cash to avoid the excess charges. We were told the toll tag device was not activated and that we should pay cash. Upon reaching the first toll station on the NJ pike, we paid cash but the toll booth operator told us that the device was working. So we kept paying and kept the receipts. Was told later that we might get billed anyway. And the person at Enterprise then told us that it is a third party, basically washing his hands of the matter.
