I guess that since Hertz took a dump they feel free to lower service. This was try number two to make a reservation. This was time number two that when I arrived I had to settle for a different class of vehicle. Since they are the only game in town there's not much I can do.

I’ve rented a few times before from Enterprise and I wasn’t too bothered by the car class I was given in the past. However, recently, I chose the car class of a Mercedes or an Audi. I requested a Mercedes specifically. However, I was given an Infinity. I expressed my disappointment and was ignored by the agents there. I wasn’t rude, didn’t raise my voice, none of that. I remained calm while expressing my frustration in the vehicle given to me. It took all of my will not to leave the car there and just go home. Why advertise for a specific car and be given something that should not be in the same car class. No one can convince me that a Mercedes Benz and an Infinity are in the same car class. Absolutely not. With the amount that I ended up paying for the 3 day rental, it truly was not worth it with the car I was given. Unfortunately, I will no longer be renting from Enterprise. Especially with how the customer service agents handled it.

Renting during this pandemic was made easy and hassle free. There were some changes that needed to be made to our rental and they were more than accommodating. The vehicle was a 2020 chrysler, super clean and comfortable. When I arrived to pick it up I was met outside, information was verified, and the vehicle was brought around. I wasn't rushed to do my own inspection, I was given the keys and on my way. Returning it was just as easy.nWe've done business here previously and I will continue to as long as their service remains stellar.
