Customer service is 5 stars!!! Great group of people at this branch, all are fast, friendly and really take care of you. Tim and Parker went above and beyond to help me with my rental so I could make it home to see my family for the holidays. Thank you for always making it easy to rent a vehicle!!!! These guys are amazing at what they do. Rent from the Tigard branch if you want the best service in Oregon!!!

I always rent from enterprise and have been happy with the compact cars I usually rent. I reserved a car 4 months in advance and when I went to pick it up they had 1, yes 1, very small car. I was forced to upgrade with no extra discount. 4 months and you didn’t plan on options???? Very disappointed. What’s the point of reserving in advance? Anyways I’ll be calling several times To make sure they have a variety before I pick up my next rental.

Didn’t have the vehicle I wanted so was able to get a better one. People were great and when I needed to keep it a couple extra days they didn’t even bat an eye. Great people and great service.

Rented a car for the first time in years a few weeks ago and it was a great experience. The car was clean and ready to go when I got there and it was even one of the newer 2020 models. The lady that helped me (Shelby I think was her name) was extremely friendly, funny and helpful during the checkout. Since we hadn't rented in a while she made sure to go over everything with us and made sure we didn't have any questions before we left. She even gave us some great local spots to check out while we were in town! Definitely will recommend Enteprise for anyone that needs a rental car.
