I gave two stars because Sultan (the person at the desk) was very nice! Outside of that the experience wasn’t as smooth as other rental experiences, AND I was given a filthy dirty car (not comparable to my luxury vehicle being replaced) and it only had 3/4 tank of gas - it was NOT on full! ALWAYS CHECK THE TANK!!!nnWhen I attempted to return in the building to report gas issue, I was rudely approached by a woman citing, “You need to give me your keys if you are going back in!” I explained I had a rental issue. She retorted, “Doesn’t matter, I need your keys!” Then I asked for a ticket, to prove I had given her the keys. There is a message on the key itself of how much renters would be charged for a replacement. She replied, “Do you want to be charged?” As in charged a valet fee. I was confused and irritated!nnI went to tell Sultan of the experience, and was told to go back outside and photograph the gas tank and bring it back. Mind you I was working with an injured ankle so the extended walking was even more frustrating.nnSultan offered to have the gentleman take the pic. I went to grab something to drink and by the time I returned to the car, Sultan was outside meeting me with an updated checkout form. At that point, I just wanted to get out of there!nnThey also charged $306 to my card where my daily rate is $8.52. What happened to being charged for the days you use? They estimated 20 days for a State Farm vehicle repair. I will be returning this dirty thing!

I love their location since it’s right by the conference center and the Marriot Hotel Staff is so helpful and friendly at the valet area for drop-off. If you decide to return the car overnight, outside of their work hours, make sure to take a picture of your full gas tank before you leave it. I trusted them and didn’t worry about it, and then a $10+ charge showed up on my receipt for it only being “7/8 full.“ I know it was full and maybe 15/16 at the least, so take a picture in case this happens to you. Five stars on convenience but only 3 stars due to shadiness.

It was no hassle at all renting from this location. I got the cheapest option for a rental car and it was still a really nice Nissan. I love that you can drop your rental off with the valet at the hotel.nnAlso I thought the staff were great! Very professional. I was helped by Olivia and Jeff and they're both rock stars. Not that it matters, but they have got to be the best dressed rental car staff on the Eastern Seaboard ud83dudcaf

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this location! This location is walking distance from the greyhound bus station and the staff was amazing! Customer friendly each person I encountered and I am big on customer service. As a response to some of the reviews mostly All car rental agencies don’t accept debit so that’s not their fault! Would definitely book through them again! Jeff was amazing walked me through making sure I picked the best car that suit my needs

Terrible experience returning the car . The address is incorrect for drop off . Customer service hung up on me. When I finally got to the correct location by driving around in circles, the 2 people at the front desk were rude. I had tried calling the local location and no answer . When I walked up to the desk both hertz employees were on their phone . The car was great, the pickup was great at JFK but the return in Philadelphia at the Marriott was terrible. Dont return or rent from that location
