Shamar checked me in and was fantastic. Everyone at this location was super kind, from the moment I walked in till after my rental when they sent an email to make sure I was happy with things.nnEven when I had a small issue (that turned out not to be an issue) after my rental, they immediately called me to reassure me everything was fine. Everyone was really helpful and kind. Thank you!

This was perhaps the best rental car experience I have ever had! Andrea, who was the customer associate, was friendly, prompt, thorough-going in her explanations, and professional in her demeanor. With intake and drop off! Her presence made the difference!

The 8th & Chestnut location has phenomenal staff! I was not happy about getting the rental as it was a result of my car being totaled. However, they were very kind, accommodating and understanding. Also, quick service and that's a first for me. Highly recommend.

I scheduled my rental for 12:00pm but I didn't have my car until about 1:45pm--and in a different location they had to drive me to--despite my confirming my pick-up when they called early that morning. This is completely unacceptable, and it's lucky I wasn't really in a rush, though it did mean I missed out on some things I wanted to do, not to mention a general waste of my time. The agents were WONDERFUL--very accommodating and very apologetic--and I don't blame them. But this was a horrible blunder for Enterprise, and if you have any respect for your time, I can't recommend them.

Everything was great. They have very good customer service. Clean vehicle.
