Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was surprised to find the inside of the windshield very dirty when I picked up the car. It was so bad that I had to clean it before getting on the highway, because it was dark and raining and the poor visibility caused by the dirty windshield was unsafe. I had to use Windex and paper towels and did the best I could in the dark. When I shared this with Carla, she only said she was sorry. I'm accustomed to much better service than this at Enterprise, especially when it comes to a cleaning and safety issue that caused such an inconvenience. Unfortunately, after all of these years, I think I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

I have used this Enterprise location before and I have had a good experiences with the service there. On my last rental the new branch manager, Andrew Jones, was very helpful to me in setting up a rental for my wife who needed a rental while her car was being worked on after a fender bender. He work with me based on my work schedule and my wife's work schedule to pickup the vehicle easy for my wife. I appreciated his efforts.

Enterprise has excellent customer service, always friendly, courteous and helpful. The best rent-a car company. I am a happy Enterprise plus member.

On short notice I needed to rent a vehicle and Enterprise was there. My representative, Carla was a blessing and very helpful.
