Avis Car Rental

So my experience here was profiling off a reservation I made the same day they called in advance to make sure if I knew the difference and if I had a credit card or a debit card ,despite saying that my name was unique (profiling) also off my clothing I was wearing that I was automatically a musician or artist now I assume the extra verification they ask for was self explanatory that they think urban name people cant afford or have credit without being statistically speaking color of my name..... should of been a John Adam's instead

Bad experience. Exchanged vehicles twice in less than 24 hours due to both requiring maintenance.

Great place to rent from. The employee was super nice and helpful. Vehicles are great. I reserved one type but they suggested a different one for the same price and they were right. The Dodge Caravan they provided was perfect for what I needed it for. If I need to rent a vehicle again I will definitely come back.

Customer service is good, cars are usually newer and very clean.

Helpful attendant. Can't drop off car in another location, Avis will charge $1000 for dropping off car in a different location. No smoking or you'll be fine $250 for smoking in the car.
