Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had the great pleasure of renting a car from the Somerdale and Pitman locations of Enterprise Rental Cars. The folks there were fantastic and accommodated the needs I had while I cared for my mother in dementia. My 3 day trip turned to 12 days and I needed the car the whole time, but had to keep changing the reservation...the folks at the Pitman location didn't bat an eye...they asked how they could help. It was such a relief to not have to explain every detail...they just wanted to be sure that I was able to tend to my mom. They were fantastic and I am so grateful for their compassion. Thank you all. I rented a car at Somerdale town in NJ. I got a Toyota Corolla, the only car they got in the lot. Was not too happy, this car is a “compact car” to me, but there was any one available. In summary I didn’t have a good experience with the customer service and neither with the car. For starters, the Passenger side windshield was smeared like if somebody had splashed liquid on it and they didn’t bother clean it. it was disgusting but it was on the passenger side, so i tried to ignore it. Then 2 days later the sign of a tire losing air shown on the dashboard, I didn’t feel safe driving it. That is when I decided to return it earlier then expected.nI always liked Enterprise, the customer service at other states are much better that this one at Somerdale NJ-

Most of the time our experience with Enterprise is great. However, this last time we rented a truck and it was very dirty. The inside has the smell of a smoke order and was dusty. Previously every vehicle we have rented has been pretty new and very clean. It was also concerning because of dealing with COVID-19. We also put in a corporate discount code and I mentioned that I didn’t see any discount taken off and the gentleman stated I would see it after I signed and received my receipt. Well I never received the discount either.

I've been renting cars from Enterprise for several years and have been mostly a satisfied customer until this last rental. I expect the cars to be clean from inside to outside. This last rental I rented, the inside of the car was clean but the rims were rusted and made the ride not to pleasurable. It may not seem that important to Enterprise, but believe me IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS THAT COUNT!!

The staff was awesome. They got the paperwork done efficiently I was even upgraded a vehicle because the size of the vehicle I wanted was not available. The only downside was that the vehicle we got someone has smoked in it and we don't smoke so bad smell and that vehicle was horrible so we had to get air fresheners we went to the car wash you know and try to clean it out before we made our trip. Other than that I would recommend them I just think that if they're going to have vehicles that they allow people to smoke in that they clean them and try and get that smell out for those of us that don't smoke when we rent one.
