Our family recently rented from the Avis/Budget facility in Deptford. I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle and customer service that Val had provided for our family. She was amazing in keeping us posted and being able to secure the vehicle we requested for our family trip. We would not have been able to take such an amazing cross country trip without the vehicle she was able to guarantee us! Thank you Val for all your dedication.

Reserved rental over the phone with great ease. I paid for a mid size suv but upon arrival was given a free upgrade to a large SUV and it was absolutely heaven! Pick up was extremely easy and drop off was even better! No hassle at all!nWill definitely use Budget for future needs

Had a real good experience. Was running late when I picked up the car and I was in and out in 10 minutes. When I returned the car, I stood in line for 15 minutes and then I just went up to the counter and put the keys on the counter and said I was returning the car. The rep said he would get in touch with me if there were any issues. I didn't see a sign or anything saying you can just drop the keys and go. That's why I stood in line for 15 minutes. So people don't have to wait when they are dropping off cars a sign and a bin to put the keys would probably be good.
