Average customer service, and a friendly branch manager. That’s the end of the good news.nnI was promised a full-size sedan, which they didn’t have, and given a much larger SUV, which I didn’t need. It was a long trip so it cost a considerable amount more in fuel.nnAdditionally, because I was traveling out of my area, my credit card company initially denied my card. I was advised by my company to re-process the transaction because I subsequently called the bank and was able to authorized it. However, Enterprise will not allow a rejected credit card transaction to be processed for at least another 24 hours, even if it was a valid transaction. So, they had a put a $250 hold on my debit/checking account in addition to the $56 for the rental. And believe it or not, I had to provide phone numbers and references to three close friends as well as how long I had been working at my present employment and how long I have lived at my current president, all to do a background check. Overall, I can’t see renting at Enterprise Rent-A-Car ever again.

Have been renting for years from your location. Last time I was in your employee all but called me a liar when I informed him insurance was paying rental until the fifth. Just left there now after he rudely shouted at me not to talk over him when I was informing him of information he had wrong.nVery classless to treat a long time customer this way then roll his eyes after I left.nRayjay m brown. Was worst ever in my life. Company policy needs to reflect today's way people pay for things. Which means begin accepting debit cards because all people go for in today's identity theft world.

Will never rent a car again from here, very bad experience, was charged for an easy pass toll I never went thru. I was a preferred customer, not anymore I shredded that card . Too many extra charges, we could have used our own auto ins
