Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently rented vehicle in Pennsauken, NJ because my vehicle was being repaired. Not realizing that they're closed on Saturdays. I had no where to turn.nI was able to contact nearby Enterprise that was open and they instructed me to drop of at one of their approved service centers. Enterprise retrieved the vehicle safely and closed out contract with no problem. Their customer service was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you Enterprise ud83dude0a

Pickup and drop off were quick and easy. The car was just cleaned prior to my arrival.

Very unfortunate I had to do business with this location after being told from the Burlington location that this location is where all the passenger vans are being rented out of. Lets talk about my experience with this location. For starters I'm not new to renting vehicles from Enterprise. I been to multiple locations with the Burlington one being the absolute best. So I called the Burlington location needing a 15 passenger van for my family and I for a day. They kindly told me all the 15 passenger vans has been moved to the Pennsauken location and to give them a call. Ok cool, so I call this Pennsauken location and make a reservation to pick up the van the same day and return the next day. On the phone with the person making my reservation I said I will be picking up around 12:30 and returning the next day the same time I picked up. I was then told my auto insurance might not cover a van so big so it be safe to get their protection on the van. Cool again, so i say add that on, and I was given a set price Plus the $200 security deposit, cool. Now i arrival to pick up the van to find out the price has changed and I was overly charge with some hourly rate, totaling $75 extra then what the price was given to me over the phone during my reservations. So now I decline all the insurance and use my auto insurance i have on my two vehicles at home, because obviously something is wrong with the price and that will just make it even more. As I said Im not new to renting from enterprise, I’ve rented a day at a time, or days at a time or even weeks at a time from so many locations this year alone. Never ever had I had this problem before when renting. Thankfully nothing happened with the van while renting, but that extra hourly rent was a deciding factor to adding their expensive insurance during my rental time. When I called the location about this rate added, they were trying to run circles around me on why, but I was not letting it go. I returned the van on time and they claim they will refund my deposit and the extra $75 that was taken for no reason. This is definitely not a way to do business. I despise companies that take advantage of their customers weather its knowing or even not knowing. These vans are already $200 a day to rent, not including if you want the insurance on it, and on top of a $200 security deposit that you get back a few days later. That’s expensive enough without having other charges piled on top. In my conclusion, the van was dirty, stains on all seats, and floor not vacuumed. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location, nor do I hope to ever have to use or rent out of this location in the future.

Never had a real issue with this place but this is the first time I've rented a premium elite vehicle. The one I reserved was not ready because it was at the shop getting serviced the day of my rental so they decided to give me an upgrade BUT not at their cost. They charged me every bit of the 30 dollar/day upgrade price of the vehicle. I didnt expect that from them as this was never the case in the past. The vehicle was nice but had a slow leaking tire and the climate control was acting whacky. Guess 2020 affects vehicles as well.

The early 20 something kid with dark hair hit me with technicalities then went back behind the glasses. Friendly words came out but your expression was of a condescending nature. Im 3 times you age. Unless you walked in my shoes never dismiss a man. Plus i had reserved a mid size . They said they didnt have a contact number saying they tried to call and tell me. They never had my number.
